This handcrafted knife is forged from 67 layers of Damascus steel, presenting a refined Auspicious Cloud pattern created through repeated hand forging. The blade undergoes professional vacuum heat treatment to achieve a hardness of 60 HRC, and is sharpened by a traditional water-cooled hand-grinding process that meets international Level-1 sharpness standards.
The knife features a vintage stainless-steel guard and an intricately crafted eagle-head pommel at the tail, delivering a bold and striking aesthetic. The entire metal surface is finished with an advanced retro-black treatment that offers exceptional rust resistance, long-lasting color stability, and strong scratch resistance.
The blade is designed with a sharp, penetrating profile for high performance. The handle is made from aged African ebony, carefully sanded and polished by experienced craftsmen.
