☆ We ship worldwide
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you.
☆ We provide tracking information
We provide an international tracking number for each shipment so you will be able to track your order.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
CUSTOMS
United States: We cover all duties and taxes for orders shipped to the United States. You won’t need to pay any additional fees when your package arrives.
European Union (EU): We cover applicable import taxes (VAT) and the EU low-value import duty for orders shipped to EU countries. You won’t need to pay any additional taxes or duties when your package arrives. However, customs inspection fees (if your package is selected for inspection) charged by customs authorities are beyond our control and may be the customer’s responsibility.
Other countries: Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may or may not apply depending on your country's regulations. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
We are not responsible for any customs-related issues, such as packages being held, delayed, or rejected by customs authorities. Please note that if a package is refused by the recipient, it may not be returned to us, as our shipping carriers do not provide international return services for such shipments. Refused packages may be abandoned or destroyed in the destination country according to local regulations. No refunds will be issued for orders refused or returned due to customs-related issues.
